Year 1 and 2 Football

Class: Year 1 Foxes Year: 2015 - 2016

On Thursday we sent two strong teams to the Broxton Year 1 and 2 football tournament. 

Mr Walker was absent for this one, so it fell to Mrs Pimparel and Miss Brown to coach the two teams; even Jose Mourinho would quake in his boots against this formidable pair.

Mrs Pimparel's team notched up 2 famous victories against Clutton and Malpas. They drew 1 - 1 woth Bickerton but narrowly lost to Tattenhall 1 - 0. Results went against them in the group and they missed out on the semi-finals.

Miss Brown's team did really well beating Malpas and Tilston. They lost to Tushingham, but managed to make the semi-finals. They gave it their all but lost to the eventual winners Tattenhall. Both teams showed tremendous spirit and a great attitude. Well done to you all.
