Play Worker & Mid-Day Assistant

We are looking for a new playworker for 2 mornings and 2 afternoons a week to work from 3-15 to 5:30/ 6pm &/or 7-45 to 8-45 am during term time. There is also the opportunity to work within the school from 11:45 – 1:30pm as a Midday Assistant on Wednesday – Friday.

Flexible working within the team is possible and a good hourly rate is paid.

Assistant playworker and Midday: £12.00 per hour.

Ideally, we would like someone with a childcare qualification (CACHE Level 2+) or a willingness to undertake training but will consider anyone with childcare experience.

Farndon Primary places the highest priority on Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants will be subject to stringent vetting procedures and induction processes. Also, the successful candidate will be subject to the relevant checks and enhanced DBS.
