World Book Day

As always at Farndon, we love to celebrate World Book Day in a big way. It is a great opportunity to promote and showcase the joy of reading and highlight different authors or genres. 

Rather than dress up, we have always tried to do something a little different. In previous years, we have decorated potatoes, eggs and even spoons! But this year, our competition was - Book in a Box. 

We had so many brilliant entries and it was so hard to pick a winner. As there were so many great entries, we decided to award book vouchers for the best in each Year group. A big well done to all of those who took the time and the trouble to take part.
