Strings Concert

The Year 5 children showcased all their hard work that they had put in over the year, learning their string instruments. At the start of the year some children could not read music or even play a single note.

We had We Will Rock You complete with dodgy dance moves, the Okey Kokey and a memorable performance of Wonderwall that reduced their music teacher to tears. Lucy, Runs and Tina sang beautifully.

A big thank you to the staff for all their efforts and hard work. The progress over the year has been fantastic. I hope some of the children are inspired to continue to learn an instrument.
