Letter from the Palace!

Exciting news! The children in Years 5 and 6 have received personal letters from Buckingham Palace after writing to HRH Prince Charles. Their letters focussed on the devastating effects of deforestation in South America and were written on recycled newspaper in a bid to be eco friendly. Letters were written and sent on 2nd March and we were all surprised to receive a reply so quickly. The children were delighted with their royal seal of approval!

Below are photos of one of the children's letters, Mrs Wakefield's letter and pack and finally the postmark from Buckingham Palace - just to prove to a sceptical Mr Walker that these letters were real!
