Able writer day

On Wednesday 25th March, 4 children from Year 5 and Year 6 were lucky enough to travel with Mrs Wakefield to Barton Primary School in Northwich. Awaiting them was a full day of writing excitement and all of them grabbed the opportunities with both hands. After playing lots of writing games, the children settled down to write a suspense story using some of the techniques highlighted in the earlier games. All of the stories were truly excellent (and full of suspense of course!) and the children were delighted with their final pieces.
