Basketball Tournament

On Tuesday night, the school sent 2 teams to represent the school in this year's Basketball tournament. Each team comprised of boys and girls from Years 5 and 6.

Both teams performed so well and was largely down to the hard work of their coach - Mr McKie. He kindly gave up his own time to coach the children in the mornings before school and had clearly done such a good job.

Basket of the day was certainly Daniel's score from Farndon B, after flowing move and great pass from Jack. The team played so well and finished fourth in their group,winning 2 and losing 3.

Farndon A also performed with a high intensity and Won 4 and Lost 1. This meant they won the group and went on to face Tattenhall in the final. It was a tense final, but the team eventually ran out winners after a memorable basket from Ben.
